McKeown began her Culinary Career by attending Johnson & Wales University in Providence,
RI. It was there that she developed her knowledge and love for the culinary arts.
Upon graduation, Lacey began a management training program with the Hyatt in Scottsdale,
AZ. During this program, she was able to work side by side with the Executive Pastry
Chef and experience the first taste of cake baking, assembly and decorating. This
experience was the catalyst for Lacey’s passion and determination to enter into
the pastry world. Fueled by a thirst for artistry and attention to detail, Lacey
